My First Time Attending a Comic-con

 

So first i think everyone knows what's a comic con if not all good , it's a convention for people who have interests on movies, games, shows and mainly comics . First i knew about comic con is when i got into social media , at that time i was a big MCU fan and i knew about san-diego comic con . Lot of studios showcase their thing like  movies, games, comics or anything . That's all what i knew about comic con , i love to watch the live streams of the event and obviously i don't watch everything because i only knew few franchises . So eventually one day i found about this comic con in India and i've been following their page ever since , i thought about attending but the locations were too far for me so i didn't  . Luckily this time they organized in one of the closest city and i knew about it , told the bois on discord asked "Yo can we go to comic con bengaluru" and they were like "nah man idk ". At first i wasn't planning on going but the date got closer and i decided to go even if i go alone , for the last time asked the bois again but they couldn't . I was feeling sad a little bit but i booked the ticket anyway and booked my train ticket as well. The day came i woke up 1 in the morning cuz my train was around  2:30 AM , the train was 20 minutes late and i got in. Well, it happens to be a bunch of college students were returning from a trip and my seat or berth was among those students and they were all happens to be female and 2 girls were sleeping on my berth , *screams internally ........i was confused idk what to do and luckily they got up because of the noises and i said "uh it's my berth  " and they moved , i layed down and went to sleep. It was morning around 6 , all of them were awake and talking and laughing , i couldn't wake up i mean like how tf am supposed to wake up in middle of them i was stressed . I didn't wake up i was laying eyes closed until they eventually made me to because they had to lower the 2nd berth to sit , i didn't have a choice i woke up and went to the rest room and returned sat among them at my window seat , it took nearly 40 minutes to reach the station and i stayed looking at the window itself , the scenery was good too and eventually my station came and i got off and i was like "phew!". I got off early so i chose to walk straight to the event center  'which was a terrible mistake', i thought it's walkable and i walked for about nearly 2hrs and i was hungry i wanted to eat breakfast so i stopped at a hotel and had 2 idlies and a coffee.  i reached  the event one hour early . Waited and got the pass , there were lot of people they all were with their friends mostly . Finally got in, there were shops selling merch, figurines, art, pop ups . They had some movie promotional stuffs too and of course lot of cosplayers too . I wandered got pictures with some cosplayers also they had a gaming arena so went there checked out everything, these are the pics i took 















Wanted to take more pictures but couldn't , i felt like i did everything and saw everything but it was just 1pm and my train is at 7pm. I was already exhausted and it was so boring alone , tried to get lunch but the food court was crowded . i somehow managed to spend couple hours and i decided to leave go out and get lunch , probably even walk again to station . Went to dominos hoping to get a pizza or something but the guy said it will take ONE HOUR , i was like ?? ok i can't do anything about it , it was probably because of the event, ok all good . I went to a chai shop bought 2 hot samosas and ate them as my lunch . i was thinking about walking but i was too tired so i booked a bike taxi and went to the station . Here's what i felt about attending my first comic-con " It was good , i had fun there were lot of people and lot of good cosplays , pretty fun ngl but i went alone so it was half boring , i give a 7/10 score ". i was happy we're getting more events like this and hopefully i cant attend with the bois next time. And i nearly missed my train because of this app which showed that the coach is in front but it ended up being the last so i had to run back and i got in , the app did say it can change . It was a good run , samosas did the work i guess xd.
